Using Zing is simple. After completing your profile when you download the app, you’ll start getting daily workouts that are customized to you. The more workouts you do, the more Zing can create the perfect workouts for you every time. If you had a different workout in mind, you can also always use the Custom Workout feature.

Zing also offers comprehensive Body Analytics, a tab where you can see your workout history, progress, and insights.
