We offer free 1-on-1 help sessions, as well as telephone, email, and chat support for all customers. Paid 1-on-1 training sessions can be scheduled if needed. What is TrendSpider's refund policy?

In general, we do not offer refunds for initial orders and first-time purchases due to immediate costs incurred upon account creation. However, we make exceptions for renewal charges if you inadvertently forget to cancel and are no longer using the service. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Customer Support. Our team will review your account and applicable policies and respond promptly. The policy states that refunds are not available for initial orders and first-time purchases, but recurring charges can be refunded upon request within a grace window.
