What is a conversation?

A conversation entails a life cycle of messages exchanged between a chatbot and a user until it is closed or archived either by the user or your agents and chatbots.

How the number of monthly conversations is calculated?

The number of monthly conversations (or sessions) considers only the conversations handled by the bots. Conversations handled by live agents are excluded. If several messages are sent by the bot in the same conversation, it is still only counted once.
