Reflect uses a mix of motion tracking and generative AI. All of our AI is trained by us, so it is personalized and specific to the services that we provide on the app. Our motion tracking AI helps users track their movements to identify form errors and helps guide users to the necessary corrections. Our generative AI provides our users with 24/7 personal support and guidance for all of their health and fitness needs. It also helps coaches/creators to streamline their workout programming process and is personalized to their own unique coaching style.

Yes! Physiotherapists and biokineticists use Reflect to help ensure that their clients are not only doing their rehab at home but are also doing it correctly. It helps provide these specialists with pre-assessment video analysis of their clients to help streamline their work process. Their clients will also have 24/7 support and guidance for their rehab journey through our Assistant Coach feature in case they don’t have instant access to their practitioner.
