These abstractions allow us to look at the topics across a large set of legal documents and use statistical techniques to identify potential issues in your document. Legal Robot was trained on English language contracts sourced from public and private sources in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Generally, this means our algorithms recognize the way people use legalese in English, under common law. However, we are working to expand Legal Robot to other jurisdictions and languages.
