AIWOD is the result of a weekend side project that had the sole aim of making me a daily bodyweight workout. I often find myself getting bored with having to come up with a new workout each day. With all the hype around ChatGPT, I decided to see if these models could help me generate workouts. To my surprise, the workouts generated by the model are great.
While some of the initial workouts generated were a bit questionable, for example 100 pull-ups followed by 150 muscle-ups with 20 seconds rest between, on the whole, they are great. I vary the prompt I use to generate the workout each day and over the past few weeks, I've refined the it to the point where it reliably gives me a workout that is just right for me.
