This tool seamlessly records, analyzes, and summarizes job interviews, allowing professionals to focus more on candidate interactions and less on administrative tasks.

Metaview integrates with various platforms, including video conferencing tools and scheduling apps, to capture interview content automatically. Unlike generic transcription services, Metaview's AI extracts relevant data specific to recruiting workflows, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the hiring process. Despite potential concerns regarding bias and algorithmic issues, Metaview claims its diverse training data ensures superior performance and mitigates biases.

The startup recently secured $7 million in funding, bringing its total raised capital to $14 million. With a client base spanning 500 companies, including Brex, Quora, and Pleo, Metaview has experienced exponential growth. The investment will fuel product development and expand the engineering team to further enhance AI capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and proactive issue detection for an optimized hiring experience.
